It's our policy not to have policies, but since we have your attention, we might as well tell you a few things!
First, we usually ship stuff via United States Postal Service (USPS), because, well . . . it is cheaper! If you buy a bunch of stuff, then we may want to use FedEx or UPS to get it to you. Or if you need your stuff faster, we can expedite the shipping. If we need to ship something internationally, then it will, of course, cost a little more, and it will take a little longer, too. And, sorry, but you will have to pay any import taxes, tariffs, or duties to get the stuff across the border. Am I stating the obvious?
Second, we accept all the classic plastic – like Visa, Mastercard, and AmEx.
Third, if you get a crappy product, we will send you a new one!
Fourth, if you really want to return something, you won't hurt my feelings. Okay, well you might hurt them a little bit, but I'll understand. Just call us, and we'll work it out.
